Conditions of Access and Use

Acknowledgement and acceptance of general terms

Your access to, use of, linking to and submission of Posts to www.blog.nzx.com (the Blog) is confirmation that you have understood these general terms and conditions of access and use (Terms) and constitutes your agreement to be bound by the Terms. NZX Limited (NZX) reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time. Accordingly, we recommend that you review the Terms periodically and before giving or confirming to NZX any information.

NZX grants to you a limited non-exclusive license to view, copy and print the Content for your non-commercial or personal use only. All copies that you make must retain all copyright and other notices that are on the version on the Blog.
Ownership of Posts on the Blog

In submitting information, views, opinions, comments or links to web sites (Posts) to the Blog you warrant that the information contained in that Post is either your own intellectual property or that you have a right to re-distribute that Post and that in distributing and disseminating that Post NZX will not be held liable for a breach of any intellectual property rights, by you or any other person.

You also grant NZX an irrevocable right to use, amend, alter and re-distribute your Posts.

Warranties

In submitting Posts you warrant that the information contained in those Posts does not contain material or information that is, or is likely to be, defamatory or result in a breach of privacy of any person.

In providing this warranty you agree that while NZX is entitled to conduct its own defence of the matter, you will assist NZX in defending any claim against it arising from a breach of this warranty, and that you agree to pay NZX for all costs incurred in conducting such a defence.

You acknowledge, and accept, that NZX is not responsible for, and assumes no liability for, any mistakes, misstatements of law or fact, defamation, omissions, falsehood, obscenity or profanity in the statements, opinions, representations or any other form of Posts to the site.
